gold star for Bernice! god, isn't creepy how little control or privacy you have anymore? its like an Orson Wells novel or something. yuck.

The flack they have and will continue to get is nothing to them rumors abound on the net. The real problem is for stockholders and investors to look carefully at the balance sheets. Remember Double Click pulled a similar stunt before and the public outcry tanked their stock.

Doing this is IMHO an admission of weakness in the company and the value of its stock. If there is no weakness then they should retract the practice and publish a certified summary of their balance sheets.
