Cool! They look like a resort in Belize we stayed at about 4 years ago. I never knew what cob was before! How is it different from adobe?

I'm no cobb expert (nor adobe, for that matter), but I think they are the same basic material (mud and straw), but he cobb is formed in place, while the adobe is made into bricks, which are stacked after they dry.
