cold and windy, and i didnt shoot worth a hoot, should have saved my ammo,no excueses, there were guys who did shoot good rounds though, so i just blew it,i loaned a ar to friend to shoot and he outshot me too,but did have a lot of fun though, except in prone when the guy to my left was covering me with his brass, had a couple bounce off my rife, not to mention my head and back, but cant blame that either,i had my concentration going,i just couldnt get a good and consistant sight picture, and thats nobodys fault but mine,so back to the range, but cant spend too much time on the rifle though, got a pistol match this saturday, bobby

match went ok,didnt do great, seem to be in a funk, cant seem to break out, dont do really bad but not what i should,i think i need a vaction, been working 55-60 hours a weak, and have had a little family problem that has kept my running about like a chicken in a grain bin,but thats still no excuse,i feel like i,m focused, but not getting good results, going to work on basics this weak with a freind who was a USMC handgun instructor for many years,he says he can get me going,we'll see,and per if you ever get back to making stocks, dont forget me,i've got a 22-250 stuck in the back of the safe,i've tried a couple of strap on raised cheeks but they suck, gotta keep that head staight, bobby

Hi mate! How did the pistol match go? I have been fully occupied for the last month or so with spring farming and cleaning out another farm before selling. Man, you can find old junk on a farm! Now I really need some range time to get up to speed for the comp. Will not be that difficult now since the evenings has a lot more light now than they did a month back. Wich means itīs possible to get home from work, do whatever needs to be done and THEN still have daylight left for 20+ rounds on the range. Okay, I love fall for the hunting, but when light returns, itīs like life begins again.
