greenspun.com : LUSENET : Aeon Flux : One Thread

On Ebay today an original of Aeon for sale, by an artist named Tracy. Aeon is not her usual scantily clad self though, she's less 'clad' than usual. Isn't it interesting this show is selling so well on Ebay, years later. You'd think somebody'd notice that fact.

Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, and the 'other forum' (Yahoo, 'the club)' is full of guys who would jump at the chance to own a 'pinup' of Aeon. She aint no sweater girl, that's for sure.

I have never posted on that forum. Yahoo is an exercise in frustration to get in to their clubs. Besides, Peter is right, this place has way more tidbits and visits by the actual cast members and creators of Aeon Flux than probably anyplace anywhere but the break room at MTV.This forum is astounding.

Is that legal? This Tracy person is profiting off intellectual property to which MTV owns the rights. She is essentially selling unlicensed Aeon Flux merchandise.

So you went lookin' for love in all the wrong places and got cast aside. Tut tut. But at least you know where the real action is.
