Just wondering if anyone knows anything about small community canneries? I read a book many years ago called "Stocking Up" that had a section on small canneries. I always thought that would be something I'd like to be part of. Know of any resources or sites? Thanks.

used to be alot of community canneries around, most are gone due to liability,, though there are a few Amish ones still left. I know in canada, there is a place you can take your salmon to, to get them canned
