are you paying for the articles?

I mean NO offense whatever. But I have seen this post on most of the forums I frequent, and I have to say, it seems a little high handed to me. If I wanted to write free articles, I'd write them for Countryside. We are country people. We are busy with kidding, lambing, calving, getting the gardens planted, home schooling our children, and surviving. If writing articles would bring in income in some way, or create a market for something we have, maybe it'd be useful for us. What we have done, is to spend far too much time on the various forums. You could probably piece together an article or a hundred, from the posts that have been made.

Franklin, I am getting a bit peeved too but none the less I suggest you search the Countryside archives, kitchen equipment I think, if you can find the article I wrote on assembling a cream separator you might like to copy it. I don't know about copyright but at least you have my permission.

thats one problem I have John,,, if you send it to him,, he can use it, make money from it,, ect, but he cant just take it and use it without permission,, so, Ill wait to see if he wants to pay me for my writings

I know what you mean Stan, but in my case I don't expect to make any money from what little useful information I may have written so I won't obstruct anyone else who might ask me for permission.

his website, looks like ( too me anyways) a big advertisment,, with some small bits of info added in,, so, ,the way I figure it,, if hes goign to make money from my writings,, he should pass some on my way

Hi Franklin. I like your website even though I haven't had a chance to explore very much yet. This is the busy time of year for most of us bumpkins.

I am not real sure of the kind of articles you are looking for. Right now I have an agreement with an ultra conservative site that gets first dibs short exclusive for any political commentary I write, but again, it is the busy time of year. I haven't been able to focus one thought outside of God, family, homeschool, gardening and livestock.

Why don't you toss around some ideas on what you are looking for to fill the gaps?
