I just uploaded a page on how to butcher rabbits - the information was taken from Ann Kanable's book "Raising Rabbits" - hope it helps!

Butchering Rabbits Personally, we usually shoot them in the back of the head with a 22 to kill them quickly. We dress them exactly as shown on the website. It's very quick and easy once you do it a few times. Best of luck to you!
