Her sisters names were Arsinoe, Berenice and there was another Cleopatra besides Cleopatra VII, I am not sure what her brothers names were.

she had 2 younger brothers, born in 61 and 59 b.c., and she woul eventually marry each one in turn. she also had 2 older sisters-another cleopatra tryphaena and bernice-and a younger sister arsinoe. all wold lay a part in the struggle for power that marked cleopatra's younger years.
