Stuck for an essay opener?

Hi all Stuck with the essay? Look no further for an opening paragraph.

A formal analysis will quickly show that the underlining question must give way to global perspectives. There can be no doubt that a structural dynamic analysis orients the serious scholar towards undue reliance on derivative material. However, based on interdisciplinary considerations the meaning of the major elements is further compounded by considering the ramifications of consensus building.

One might say a need to master the data imposes considerations upon any attempt to introduce historical analysis. Most scholars seem to have forgotten that the underlining question calls into question …….One could go on, Now back to the real essay.

Best wishes Leonard PS See also unit 1 material for more of the above.

It's a joke. It's a joke.

Sorry everyone. The above paragraph was meant to lighten the load as we plough through the essay. It’s taken from the extra course reading material given in Unit 1. You may remember it; it is a single sheet presented from a US theological university. The objective of the sheet was to help new students in a fun way. They could pull elements from the 4 columns to construct sentences from it. The resulting sentence may make sense in theological or intellectual terms, but sounds like a load of old rubbish. As can be seen from the result.

Please forgive me I should have spent the time getting the essay done. However, if your are stuck with the essay try constructing some more rubbish sentences yourself with the sheet. It’s something to do if you are stuck at the essay. It may release some creativity!

Sorry I'll miss the Saturday session as I'm off on holidays (with the books of course!!)

Cheers,

Hope this clears up matters Leonard
