I have packets of various unusual seeds to trade for berry plants and house plants. Anyone interested?

And would these seeds be of a (ahem) legal variety of unusual plant? Or would we need to (delicate cough) buy solar panels and grow lights so the power company doesn't know of our uh, germination plans? I:o>

Gailann, you should have seen the seeds I ran across while doing a google search! They were very unusual indeed! LOL

There was an article in the Wall St. Journal a few years ago about a guy in British Columbia that is running a multimillion dollar business selling those 'unusual' seeds at emeryseeds.com. I often wonder why a natural herbal with some beneficial uses gets so much bad attention and associated with drugs when alcohol is freely promoted and responsible for so much misery. I'm not interested in debating the issue, just mentioning an interesting sidenote.

Dave, that was the site I stumbled across while doing a search on "Gardener's choice". One of the hits was for "choice seed" and, let me tell you, that MUST be some choice seed if some of it is selling for a couple of hundred bucks for 10 seeds!! LOL

Hi craig, Would you be willing to sell any? One, in particular, that I am looking for right now is Wild Oregano seed. Not the culinary type, but the type that is used to make medicinal oregano oil.

I have VEGETABLE seeds to trade! Now that I know the type of people that read these posts, I won'y be posting here again!

Craig, lighten up a bit. No harm was done. It probably would have helped if you took an extra minute or two to list the types of unusual seeds you have to trade. I'm sure many here would be interested in trading if you were more specific.

Sorry, I just thought it was amusing that you said "unusual seeds" and didn't list what they were. Uh, you still haven't... Whatcha got? Unusual minds want to know...

Ooops, sorry, Craig! This forum is like a big family and like all families, there are people who like to joke and play around. I guess that would be hard to figure out if haven't "met" us before.

Here's a link to the Barter Board which was set up just for trades like yours. For everyones benefit, I'd suggest that you specifically list everything you have for trade and also what you'd like in exchange. Good luck!
