How easy it is to lose our focus. We must keep our thoughts and minds clear and pay close attention to what we have learned. I find that sometimes I have to work very hard to be a good person. It does not always come easily...

I'm giving a new course this year called Total Transformation (warning: in Portuguese). One of the main sections deals with the mind and where our focus is. Can't be stressed enough.
