No "raves" per say here but a lot of "legal" parties happening. One for instance, EVOLVE in Rocky Mount. It is an electronic dance night hosted by Liquid Night Club. The DJs are bad ass and we guest DJs every other week. 18 and up with a few after parties happening. If your eating that delicious fruit though, you'd better do it before hand, they frisk at the door.
