How do you hang b&w film so that it dries flat? The film now dries with a bow (concave ) and scratches when put thru the printer . Is it the fix?

Well, I put a clothes pin at the bottom while it is drying. - Are you using a hardening fix? Sorry, what do you mean by 'putting it through the printer?'

I don't think that you can dry it flat. At least I never have. However, you can press it flat after it is dry. Just put your sleeved negs under a few books over night and they should stay flat.

Hang the film with a weight on the bottom. When completely dry, carefully place in sleeves and under weights.

The amount of bowing can depend on the humidity of the air. If the humidity is extreme, try changing it.
