There is a wealth of information on this site, as well as others concerning platinum printing. The primary resources for materials and information are Bostick & Sullivan and the The Photographers Formulary. Both sell books, supplies and chemicals for Platinum/Palladium and other alternative photographic processes. Both concerns have web sites.

The book "The New Platinum Print" by Carl Weese and Richard Sullivan is a great place to start. There is a good discussion of film development for Pd/Pt. Once you get started, consider using staining developers like PMK and ABC+ Pyro and Pyrocat-HD.
