The whole thrust and bedrock of reality therapy is aimed to deal with situations that you describe above. The methods could not be covered in a forum like this. If you look through the case studies in some of the case study books listed on this website you will find several dealing with the subject you speak of.You could also look up Dr. Larry Palmatiers book, "Crisis Counselling for a Quality School Community" which covers a vast range of youth problems.
