I'm surprised how much more my two little 4x12 sfg frames can produce than I'll be able to eat by myself. Even with the garden scaled down like this, I'll be dehydrating a lot.

What planet opps! part of the country are you in? Here in MT I can't even put out tomatoes until mid May. I'm way GREEN with envy and my mouth is watering for a fresh homegrown anything! Well, look what I have to look forward to and when I'm harvesting maybe you'll be done and then you can be envious! ;o)

I'm in Alabama with a greenhouse and glassroom on my house. I SFG year round (I play "bumble bee" in the cold months). Now that I'm single again and retired, I plan to use the two indoor SFG squares to avoid vegetable spoilage.
