Might look at this is a site with Animal Regulations, http://www.aphis.usda.gov/guidance/regulations/animal/international/ for countries around the world. Depending on where you want to export your rabbits, you might contact the Chamber of Commerce (Government organizations that are set up to promote business with other countries) or the Embassy of the country you are wanting to export to.
