This is the first year I've ever been able to grow onions that are going to get big, so now what do I do. Do I remove some soil from around the onion? When do I do this? Dave's so proud the onions are growing so good and I don't want to mess them up! Thanks.

I dont do anything,, plant, and wait till the tops start drying,, then pull,, cure, and braid for storage

How deep are they planted? Get the dirt away from the crowns of them to let the sun in is the only care I have heard for them other than what Stan said.
