Royal Bank and Unidebt

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Repossession : One Thread

The Royal Bank of Scotland have instructed Unidebt to collect the debt from me and my ex.

I have contact both the bank and debt collectors to find out if the debt has been bought or are unidebt working for the bank.

None of them are disclosing any information to me saying that, that cannot be dissussed.

Are the correct or have I a right to know?

what difference does it make if you owe the money just pay it

Can't comment about Unidebt,as a firm of solicitors from Leeds contact me,I would suggest you read the site and consider serving a SARN to see what it throws up. However if they don't want to discuss the matter it makes it difficult for all concerned to progress the situation, but who does that hurt most? Please get back to me if you need to. Best wishes Glen.

I don't see what this has to do with your debt, if you borrowed the money you should still repay it
