I don't know if you have corrected the bouncing problem or not,If it is occuring in both directions and has a tach feed back system, you might want to re-align the tach or replace its coupling.

If your still havingtis problem you need to check your liners will cause this problem I have 20 of these units, next I would take a look at your notch filter board , which can be purchaused at unitec $65.

an open resistor on the top strip of your gate board where the feedback wires attach will cause a bumpy ride and a 230 program will give a really wild motion {this is only true on a robicon drive}
