Say a prayer for Padre Pio, who is to be canonized on June 16th, 2002. Great things have and will continue to occur through his intercession.

Hi Jake,

I am going to the Padre Pio Foundation, in Barto, Pennsylvania to celebrate his canonization. I am having second thoughts, though, it will probably be so crazy. The lady running the trip has 5 buses going!!! I can only imagine how many people are going to be there.

I will remember all of the forum people in my prayers that day.

But, Padre Pio is worth the sacrifice... MaryLu :)
