Does anyone have any information about a locomotive going into the St. Mary's River near the Wilds Ferry Landing on the Florida, Georgia border in the late 1800's or early 1900's?

I might be able to help. I'm not sure if this is the same thing but I know of a locomotive going into the St. Mary's in south Georgia. When the train started to cross the bridge the bridge started falling apart. It took some tank cars with it and now divers have to go down there every now and then to check to see if the cars are leaking. Hope this helps some, Jason
