HELLO friends

My name is Rick H, fairly new to the safe support group and i am learning alot about myself and i long to grow up , not neacessarly stay angry and blame WOMEN and stay resentful, unforgiving and bitter towards ALL women...i AM really learning now how self- destructive i have been..towards me WOW. I have heard it said that ...".RESENTMENT...is like drinking poision and waiting for the other person to die"; is that self --defeating or what...PLEASE READ AND re-read my definition of RESENTMENT AGAIN? who are we hurting? I am learning through my own mistakes is that WHEN i continue to blame others and now justify my behavior and i have stayed stuck due to me being blinded in my very own heart and stay stuck in me getting well---emotionally--spiritually--at risk behaviors etc...really probably better said as SUICIDAL behavior because i put my self in HIGH---RISK encounters only going for the HIGH OF THE experience...WOW....am i screwed up or what.......
