This may just be me, but on ff9 for me for some reason quina has an incredibly temperemental attack. For example, against the same enemy one hit s/he did like 5000 damage and the next only 700 odd has any one else noticed this or is it just me...? Oh yeah one more question, has there been something wrong with this site for say the last three days cos for some reason it wouldn't load...

As far as I'm concerned, that's Quina's only drawback. It's intentional that her attack is unpredictable, because otherwise, she would be completely unstoppable.

Daarg! Forgot! Zorch, if you want to make Quina your strongest character (and live like a daredevil), find a way to reduce Quina's HP to 1. I recommend either a Phoenix Down resurrection, or have an Iron Giant use "Helm Divide?" to knock her to 1 HP. Then, if you have "Limit Glove", cast that. I've never had "Limit Glove" hit for LESS than 9999 damage. A handy way to make up for the unpredictable physical attack. You probably won't be able to use it much since in order for it to work, Quina MUST be at 1 HP, and will probably be dead soon. Nevertheless, I have managed to get it off 3 times consecutively against one of the aforementioned Iron Giants. Handy!

Zorch, all RPG games do that. RPGs are a game of chance and you never know what your character is going to do. So what happend in FF9 is normal.

True but on all other characters for all other final fantasies (that i've played) take off roughly the same amount of course there is 10- 20 hp difference at the start and mebe 100 or so when you get more powerfully god like but 700-5000 is totally random and a bit annoying, but other than that s/he's brilliant. Also i'm pissed off cos my perfect file is ruined, i went through the whole game getting EVERYTHING, all the chocobo stuff all the friendly enemies the ragtime mouse ozma (2nd attempt) only to find out that there is ONE FRICKIN ABILITY THAT STEINER DOESN'T KNOW just one, all the others are perfect with all abilities and best weapons and to make it worse, i can't get the sword n e where the only place i can buy it is no longer accesible to me S*#T!!!...

I remember when someone was making a perfect file for FF 7...he actually completed it to. he lost his memory card somewhere in my house but i didnt care because i thought he was gonna brag his ass all he's worth. but then he told me that he was going to give it to me....i searched the whole house for it and couldnt find it...it sucked.
