Well I'm back again.I have just received a pay up or else letter from PFTS( North) Ltd. They advised me that PSPC has assigned shortfall debt to Asset Recoveries UK Ltd on 16th Feb 2002.Debt was assigned by Citibank to PSPC Ltd on 1st June 1995 no court action ever taken ( No Full Details ever received). Any comments please.

Quite simply Joan, serve a SARN on them all and point out that you are unable to discuss the matter further until they have complied with the Data Protection Act.

Dont we all love Citibank, mine was repossed in 1995, yet I still get letters, from pspcno1,although Ive never had any Documents from citibank only from PSPCNO1.
