Hi all! I hope everyone is enjoying their last few days of summer vacation. I however started my teaching placement today, and I am EXHAUSTED!!! I'm teaching grade 4 at Westminster P.S. in Thornhill, and so far it looks like it will be a lot of fun.

I enjoyed my summer break while it lasted. I was working downtown for most of the summer, and then I took a much-needed trip to Vancouver with my boyfriend for the past two weeks. It was beautiful, and I would go back in a second, if only there were jobs for teachers there...

I too will be back at York for one more year. I have a relatively light course load, but I will be around three days a week, so maybe I will see some of you there. At any rate, good luck to all with your work this upcoming year!
