Please help. My 18 year old daughter has moved out and into a 21 year old boys apartment. It is a BAD situation. He drinks, smokes and mentally abuses her all the time. He has just started the physical abuse - last night he kicked her. She came over crying but when I tried to convince her to stay here, she insisted on going back to him. They are going on a 5 day trip to Colorado and I am afraid something bad will happen to her. How do I help someone who continues to put herself in a bad situation???? He is extremely controlling...she has lost all of her friends.
