1. Mary Whiton Calkins 1905 2. You might see if APA has this data available somewhere on the website. Check with the office of Ethnic Minority Affairs 3. I think it was Kenneth B. Clark, 1971, but you can find information of this sort in Robert Guthrie's Even the Rat was White (2nd edition) 4. I think it would be Richard Suinn (1999) who is Hawaiian.
