Anyone here aware of SLA templates for a service provider offering DR services?Basically, what should one look for from a hot site provider?

Kishor, The question of a DR service provider calls for an answer that is only slightly different from that of any other hosting service. You should look for guarantees of availability, performance and security. There are templates available on this site and in "Foundations of Service Level Management"
