Is T bad for us

Can anyone tell me if Tea has any bad affects on the human body. Can u drink to much ?

So far, no one has determined any bad affects of tea on the human body. But one thing I would like to point out is that some teas are a bit acidic. Like any other acidic foods or beverages, if you have problems with acid you should take tea with a snack.

how can tea possibly be bad when it tastes so lovely? i do love a good cuppa :)

Tea, for all of its benefits, does have two downsides. One is that it inhibits iron intake, so anemics should be aware before drinking. It also arguably has negative effects on the thyroid gland as a result of its high fluoride and aluminum content.
