I was married at the time of reposession although the mortgage was only in my name, and am now being pushed for money - is my ex husband liable for any of the money by law ?

i am afraid to say no he is not in this case they are only interested in those who have signed the deed and as it was in your name you are severally liable . still try not to let it get to you be strong and fight for your case it works.
