Romley White, an employee of Gulfport Harbor Fuel and Bait, watches the harbor's water rise into the store Thursday, in Gulfport, Miss. During Tropical Storm Isidore, the store received 29 inches of water, and White expected a similar amount from Hurricane Lili. However, "we still have the coldest beer in town and we are going to remain open all through this," said White.
