Hi Joy,

Wanna hear something funny? I have X-block on my computer to block out any X-rated sites. Well, for some reason, it seems to think BTS is X-rated. I can get to the site but it will not let me visit a question, and will not accept my password to bypass the X-block. I've been calling my server but they cannot figure it out either.

I can only read the posts and miss everyone. How frustrating. Anyone miss me? Hopefully I'll be back on soon.

Answers

If she has an accessible configuration tab, she should be able to authorize the url in the program configuration. If her program does not contain user administration accessible configuration, she will need to submit her request to the service administrator for authorization.
