Which way do dunes move with flood tides and high tides?

The dunes don't move. They face a certain direction depending on which way the water is moving. If the water is moving against the shoreline, the dunes will be facing the same direction as the water, which is towards the shoreline. If the water is coming at the shoreline at a 45 degree angle, the dunes will be faced in a 45 degree angle against the shoreline.
