Ananova:

Scientists believe they've come up with the perfect formula for making a cup of tea.

They claim the secret is to leave the teabag stewing for exactly two minutes before stirring the tea once.

For the best results, tea drinkers should always use fresh water in their kettles, and add just 16 millilitres of milk.

The formula has been devised after years of research by scientists and Tetley tea-testers, reports the News Of The World.
