Can anyone recommend a digital cam that has the following function: 2 million megapixels, 2-3 times optical zoom, video clips with sound and handy size and cost around SGD500?

Cannon A70 is $501 w/o GST at www.bargaincity.com.sg. Others around S$550. With 3.2 megapix, 3x optical zm, movie recording +sound.
