Lying Allegations - Imprisoned Innocent Husband

I see that my brother-in-law is not the only one in this situation. I also see that there doesn't seem to be much to do about it!! We are located in Tacoma, Washington and are looking for support groups in this area. (About 50 miles South of Seattle.) My ex-sister-in-law decided she didn't want to be married anymore and started the "lie" train. She initially roped me in, until I read the "restraining" order and the incident happened exactly as my brother-in-law related it to me rather than her version. (By the way, SHE filled in the restraining order information.) His first big mistake was plea bargaining the first time he was taken to court for violating the restraining order. (This done on BAD legal advice.) He is now in jail for another alleged violation that he attacked her and told her he was going to kill her. He is under $200,000 bail and cannot afford an attorney. She has a history of lies and allegations (her whole family moved when she was younger because, "Boys were peeking from behind trees to see her.") She has filed no contact oders in the past, sued people for discrimination and the list goes on. This is too long -- what I need is some help locating local groups that can help us clear this up and get some rights for him. He cannot just up and leave, because there are three children involved. He loves them dearly and WILL NOT give up visitation. Can anyone help????? Thank you!!

First of all I woul dnever use the "V" word. Visitation is something for prisoners, not children. If you mean he won't give up Parenting time, then that is good. Unfortunately he is in for a long hard fight that will probably allow the children to grow up while he is fighting to clear his name. I would retain Dean Tong ( www.abuse- excuse.com ) and get a good attorney. That is really your only option if he plans to stay involved with his children. 25 years of radical feminism at work, thanks ladies.

Unfortunately, most men who are falsely accused comphremise their legal position away the first time charges are brought against them. They may know themself that these charges are false and never dream of actually being found guilty because their accuser's claims go unchallenged.I personally was victimized by my ex-wife who brought (6) orders of protection against me. All of her claims where thrown out do to agreed orders and mostly because of no evidence. These orders are taken out to create a paper trail which they hope leads to a conviction against an innocent person. In Illinois they have what is called a 214 evaluation. This would be in order if a custody change is being attempted. Also, he can attack her false accusations and present his side to the Psychologist. It sounds that he was certainly misrepresented in court. Most of what his ex-wife said sounded like hear-say and not verifiable evidence. If she has a provable track record of falsely accusing people, the Pychologist will see it. Good luck.
