How do I find the value of an original Uzilevsky (Living Stones, 1981) colored pencil linear landscape or who would I contact to point me in the right direction?

Did you ever get any information about this? I ask because I have a similar orginal linear landscape and I would be very interested to get any information about its value.

I would like the same information since I believe that I own two originals from 1977- Deep Waters and Antioch. Thank you! John

I'll get on the bandwagon. I also have an original Uzilevsky linear landscape titled "They hung their harps among the willows". Getting some sense of value would be very helpfull. All I know is how much I paid.

Here I am to join you - I have an oval foil linear landscape entitled, "Oaksprings Impressions!" I can't find this advertised or noted anywhere; was purchased many, many years ago (when Uzilevsky's linear work was popular) from a small art gallery with a bit of story behind how I acquired it. Any idea of where further info/value can be obtained? Of course, any and all info will be appreciated.

Marcus is still alive and still selling. If you do a google search, you will find that he has his own web sight. He sells his linears for between $700 and $1850. Read the Bio, He is also a musician /composer. He has traveled with the New Christy Minstrels, jammed with Bob Dylan, and cut a few CDs.

I have two Uzilevsky pieces. They are from Oaksprings Impressions and dated 19 85. One is called Triburon. Does anyone know anything about it?

I CONTACTED MR. UZILEVSKY OM 7/10/04 AT HIS WEB SITE AND ASKED HIM ABOUT THE VALUE OF MY 1981 LINEAR LANDSCAPE "THE LOWLANDS". HE STATED THAT HE THOUGHT IT WAS WORTH ABOUT $2000.00 BUT HE COULD NOT BE SURE.. HE DID STATE THAT IT WAS AN ORIGINAL AND A ONE OF A KIND,, NO NUMBERED PRINTS. HOPE THIS IS OF SOME VALUE TO SOMEONE.
