I am trying to find out where hospital records from San Francisco Children's Hospital are archived? I am looking for records from 1952, my mother was born there, and I am looking for any information to help me find my grandmother.

Tricia, I don't know where the hospital records go. However, if you haven't done so, I would suggest first obtaining copy of your mother's birth certificate from the SF Health Department on Grove Street. Also, are you certain your grandmother is still living? If not, you can look her up at the Social Security Death Index online.
