Ok in FF5 there is this water fall i can't go into. Any ideas guys?

If memory serves, Alphalfa, you have to walk into the waterfall. Get your submarine, and take it to the underwater cave. It'll be one of the white dots that appears when you're submerged. When you walk through the cave, you'll come out close to the waterfall. Approach the waterfall from the right, and walk in.
