Vodafone for example is 087 6202222 at 38400 over v.110 isdn.

O2 GPRS is:

number: *99# DNS1: 62.40.32.33 DNS2: 62.40.32.34 username/password: gprs modem INIT string: +cgdcont=1,"IP","internet"

This might be of use to people. Only works on contract, and if you have GPRS enabled on your account.
