I am making vcd's with Nero. When I burn the vcd and play it on my DVD player, the screen is copped off a little off the top and bottom (not sure about the sides thou). I have encoded it with tmpgenc to have black margins all around the movie and it fits perfectly, but the quality is not as good as the unencoded one when i burn it on a vcd. Please help me.

Answers

One possibility is that you are watching a PAL VCD on a NTSC TV. If so, there is nothing you can do about it and what you are seeing is normal for PAL converted to NTSC.

Well is there a way to make it NTCS without losing the quality of the video?
