I am so very confused!! I tried downloading "direct connect" and i haven't a clue how to retrieve search results... i connect to a hub, but every time i try to search for something, no results are ever displayed.... please... HELP! Thank you :o)

go into the settings click connection and at the bottom it will say USE DIRECT CONNECT IN PASSIVE MODE click that and it should work i happened to me and that fixed it hope it helps
