I purchased a 8x10 film processor on ebay. I had my first try & the film will not go throught the processor. The machine also sounds terrible. How do I know if it's user error or machine? Thanks Cathy

No, it shouldn't sound terrible ... What makes that noise? Motor? Roller? Or jammed film?

What film holder and loading tray do you use? Do you have manual for processor and film holder? The instructions should be also available from Kathleen Carr's books. If not, you should be able to get them from Polaroid (customer service).
