I don't know about Mass, but there are general audiences where people can see & hear the Pope every Wednesday that JPII is in Rome. You would have to contact the ticket office in the Vatican to receive free tickets or Contact the Legionaries of Christ in Rome; their (Legionaries) phone numbers are 01-39-06-66-5271 or 01-39-06-66-4991.
