I need some help with learning to play broken chords. I am only a beginner and this is becoming a real stumbling block. Please respond if you can help me, thanks.

Although self-explanatory, the term “broken chords” can cover a lot of ground, even at a beginner level. As to your being a beginner, how long have you been playing? Is it a few months or a couple of years? Are you working from a piano method book or encountering these problems within a specific piece? Can you be more specific by giving examples of what you’re trying to play, as well as describing your problem in trying to achieve it?
