The best single source is Warren Street, A Chronology of Noteworthy Events in American Psychology (APA, 1994)--if your college/university library doesn't have it, ask the librarian to order it. You'll find a related link at http://www.cwu.edu/~warren/today.html

There is also an extensive timeline of Landmarks in the History of Psychology in William Sahakian's History of Psychology: A Sourcebook in Systematic Psychology (F. E. Peacock, 1968).

If you do a Google search with phrases like history, psychology, chronology you'll find similar data.
