Toriyama World is probably the biggest... and yes, they're the same TW that brought us Naruto. They have around 150 chapters of Hikaru no Go, so definitely check them out. (I myself HIGHLY recommend Bremen, its freakin awesome).

Well wot-club has the very latest in Inuyasha so I'm not sure what more you're looking for. Scanslations? IRC would be your best bet, then, so should be able to find up to vol 28 at #mangaproject.
