greenspun.com : LUSENET : Service Level Management : One Thread

Our company is currently driven a SLM process for supporting SAP applications for a Global 2000 enterprise and we are designing a service based on this experience.

Questions: -Market: companies/industries that are purchasing SLM for supporting SAP applications, geographic location -Top Vendors of this service -Products used to deliver the SLM solution -Business Case for SLM SAP Applications

Thanks!!! Carlos Zumaeta Peru

Have a look at Mercury Interactive's Topaz. BTW I work for them but they have cool technology for measuring/reporting SLAs based on the end user experience.

I am now leading an ITIL process implementation on my IT organization. We are foreseeing that in the middle term our company will try to implement SAP. We are growing our Service Desk around Magic, but I would like to understand if Topaz could complement Magic, or if we should think on both or just one or another solution :) Thanks!
