Setting up an IRC fserve is pretty simple... goto www.mirc.com to get an IRC client, then goto http://hemma.kramnet.com/tobias.wiklund/polaris/download.html to get the polaris script... you can set up an fserve pretty easily doing that. DC is also good... find a hub and share anime from there.
